The apartment size was quite generous and included all necessary amenities (I really enjoyed having a microwave). I found a handy shop on-site, very convenient for snacks and drinks. The staff were friendly and always ready to help.

The walk back from the beach was challenging, due to the steep hills, and might be difficult for some.

The receptionists were professional and courteous. They greeted me with a smile. The complex felt well-run, and all staff members seemed genuinely happy to assist guests. Such a welcome attitude contributes to a relaxing vacation.

I was pleased with the variety of fresh food available (the breakfast was a good start to the day). There were lots of options, and the restaurant was easily accessible from all areas of the hotel. That really enhanced my experience.

The free shuttle bus ran once an hour. I did appreciate not paying for transport (until it was time to come back).

The food was pretty awful and seemed like something from a bad canteen. I struggled every night to get a simple carafe of water. They clearly preferred I buy drinks, even water. The entertainment was nonexistent, too. I never got to use pool 1 because people put towels on the loungers super early, not that the staff seemed to care.

deficient cleaningcockroach increase

i found the lack of thorough cleaning quite disappointing. the floors clearly were not cleaned sufficiently. the housekeeping team also ignored the washing up. this resulted in a noticeable increase of cockroaches by the end of my stay. a broken balcony door lock also posed a security issue.

the staff was nice and helpful. the resort has a good vibe.

the apartment really needed some work. i noticed the bed was not in good condition and some wardrobe doors were damaged. i also found some cracked tiles, and the patio door would not lock. we had cockroaches too.
